Dear Neighbors:
Many of you already know me but for those of you who don’t, I am your new HOA President, at least until next January when there will be an election to choose a new Board or reelect existing members.
It will likely take a while for me to get up to speed on items currently being considered by the Board including bylaws and covenants but I am committed to doing that as quickly as possible. I will be relying on the current Board and the Secretary for a thorough and speedy tutorial.
I am planning on using the SSHA website for the Board to receive and respond to most items. The website address is scatacookshores.org and if you need to reach me my email is president@scatacookshores.org. If there is an emergency please call 911.
I am looking forward to serving this great community and to ensuring that the lifestyle we enjoy is preserved for now and in the future
