From our annual meeting on March 31, 2025:
Our manually operated timer for lights and sprinklers must be reset after every power outage. It is not uncommon for people to override the set timers and have the lights on all night.
Investigate upgrading to a more reliable, digital timer which will not be affected by power outages.
