The Restrictive Covenants under which SSHA operates expire in June 2026. The Covenants have been in effect for 25 years and now is our opportunity to update and revise them.
Concurrently, we will be updating the Bylaws. The time for gathering community input to the process ended on January 2, but if you have suggestions please speak to one of our HOA officers or send an email to info@scatacookshores.org. The Board and Committee will present updated Covenants and Bylaws for your review.
